1. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
Purpose of processing: we carry out video surveillance to protect persons and property.<\/p>

Retention of recordings: video recordings are kept for 30 days. They may be kept longer if they serve as evidence in court, administrative, arbitration or other proceedings.<\/p>

Other recipients: video recordings may be provided only on request to the competent authorities (police, courts) where this is necessary for official proceedings, and may not be provided to any other persons.<\/p>

The data collected are not processed for any other purpose.<\/p>

Categories of data subjects whose data we process: guests and prospective guests of the property, i.e. persons who have sent us an enquiry or to whom we have provided our accommodation services.<\/p>
