Ovi op\u0107i uvjeti rezervacije smje\u0161taja u Integral hotel Plitvice Village <\/strong>(hereinafter: Hotel) and charges (hereinafter: General Terms) are an integral part of the contract for the provision of accommodation services concluded with Izbor-Jandri\u0107 d.o.o. by booking accommodation in Integral hotel Plitvice Village <\/strong>in Korenica, Republic of Croatia, and the guest accepts them in full by booking accommodation.<\/p>

THE ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION
<\/strong>Accommodation at the Hotel can be booked on our website plitvice-village<\/a>, by phone, e-mail and in person at the reception.<\/p>

ACCOMMODATION CATEGORIZATION
<\/strong>The offered accommodation units are described according to the official categorization of the competent institution. Standards of accommodation, food and other services in some places and countries are different and not comparable. Izbor-Jandri\u0107 d.o.o. does not take responsibility for oral or written information that is not in accordance with the description of the accommodation in the data published by Izbor-Jandri\u0107 d.o.o .. Izbor-Jandri\u0107 d.o.o. not responsible in case of inaccurate data by third parties.<\/p>

RESERVATION GUARANTEE TERMS
<\/strong>When making a reservation through our website, the guest guarantees the reservation by credit card or by paying an advance to the account Izbor-Jandri\u0107 d.o.o. in the full amount of the reservation. Guest data and guest credit card data are fully protected. Data transfer takes place via a secure server.<\/p>

The listed prices are for information only and the hotel reserves the right to change prices. The change of reservation is made directly with the Hotel only in writing via e-mail communication.<\/p>

If the offer defines that a credit card is required for the purpose of the guarantee, payment is made according to the valid price list in HRK at the hotel reception at the latest upon check-out, except in case of non-arrival or cancellation within the period when cancellation fees apply. , when a credit card is used as a means of paying cancellation fees. If it is paid in foreign currency, the conversion into kuna is performed at the middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the day of collection.<\/p>

Payment at the hotel, when enabled by the offer, is possible in cash or by credit and debit cards Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Diners and American Express. If the offer defines that a credit card is required for the purpose of payment, the full amount of all reserved services will be charged within the deadlines defined by the offer. RESERVATION CANCELLATION
<\/strong>The guest's reservation from the day of receipt with a valid credit \/ debit card is valid if the offer defines that they are required for the purpose of the guarantee, or from the date of payment of the credit \/ debit card if the offer defines that payment is required for the purpose of booking confirmation and is kept until 24:00 on the day of arrival at the hotel.<\/p>

The reservation can be canceled in writing, by e-mail within the deadline defined by the offer. Izbor-Jandri\u0107 d.o.o reserves the right to keep the amount defined by the offer for booking costs in case of late cancellation or non-arrival.<\/p>

TYPES OF PRICES
<\/strong>When booking, the guest can choose between all valid and published prices. Prices depend on the type of accommodation unit, date of stay, length of stay, number of guests, terms of payment and cancellation and additional services. In addition to the basic bed and breakfast service, the hotel offers special offers in the form of a package of services according to a special promotional price list. Special offers cannot be combined with other promotions, or other discounts.<\/p>

PRICE OF SERVICE
<\/strong>The valid price of the service is stated in the offer received via e-mail. Contracted services may not be combined with other promotional offers or packages, unless otherwise agreed. In case of any changes or deviations from the reserved services, regular prices will be charged. Refunds are not possible for services that guests have not used. All types of special services that are not included in the price are paid by the guest and he is obliged to pay for them when making a reservation or on request on the spot. Prices in euros are informative, and the kuna equivalent is calculated at the middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the day of payment. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or change a reservation if there has been an abuse of the reservation system or it was made by an obvious mistake of the user.<\/p>

ARRIVAL DEPARTURE
<\/strong>Accommodation is available for guests from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Guest accommodation should be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure, unless a late check-out is arranged. Late check-in surcharge is 50% of the price of the night on the requested date.<\/p>
